EXHIBIT RENTAL OPTIONS

With Structure’s large inventory of modular and custom rental exhibits and our custom fabrication facility you have a wide variety of rental exhibit options to choose from. To make the decision process easier we have broken them down to three options listed below:

Quick and Simple USE

Structure’s quick and simple use rental provides templated exhibit options for those of us who are budget conscience or are in a time crunch and exhibiting within the next 30 days. With this option you can add a number of graphic packages geared towards your products and identity.

Multiple USE

Our multiple use option allows you to customize a rental with more than just graphics. Because you are renting the exhibit multiple times we are able to add in customized features and amortize the cost over multiple shows leaving you with less money out of your pocket each time you rent but still incur the benefits of a custom environment. We currently offer 2, 3 and 5 show options as well as 1 to 3 year contracts.

Build to Suit USE

Absorbing the entire cost of a full custom exhibit in one shot can be a tough nut to crack for a company. The Build to Suit option allows your company to design & build a fully customized exhibit fitting all your needs with a payment plan, and/or per show payment with an option to purchase at the end of your agreement. WHY RENT AN EXHIBIT?

Why rent you ask?
There are many reasons.

Rental exhibits offer flexible marketing solutions for the end user. Companies whom exhibit at multiple tradeshows sometimes order different size exhibit spaces with different configurations which means 1 exhibit will not suit all of their needs.

In the technology world companies are now reinventing themselves more than ever due to overwhelming technological advances which is ever-changing in their industry. Acquisitions and mergers make rental products the easier solution because of the simplicity of reconfiguring the exhibit layout and changing out graphics.

Throughout the year some companies have multiple shows to attend at the same time. Rental solutions allow client to save money opposed to purchasing 2 exhibits.

Refurbishment and Storage is an added cost exhibit owners pay that is often not factored in when purchasing an exhibit. In most cases, exhibits which are purchased are set up and dismantled to perform maintenance prior to shipping to each show. Those costs along with storage can be a considerably large fee when owning an exhibit. Maintenance and Storage is our expense when renting.
