Structure Exhibit & Event Management Inc. was founded in 2003 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Company founders have extensive experience in all areas of the tradeshow marketing industry including installation and dismantle labor, exhibit design and construction and exhibit management.
In 2004, Structure Exhibit and Event Management solidified their position as the premier service provider in the Las Vegas market upon the purchase of Pride Management, Inc. adding the invaluable experience of Prides founder, Ray Glomski, a 25 year veteran in the exhibits industry to their management staff.
In January 2006, Structure Exhibit and Event Management acquired Exhibitor Services Group, Inc. an established service provider in Southern California and a leader in the concept of complete turnkey services such as exhibit rentals and freight forwarding.
